The candidates meeting the basic formal requirements are selected. Every résumé is subject to discussion with the department who requires the new employee.

Step 3 – Phone interview

We contact only the chosen candidates for a preliminary résumé assessment. The applicants with the best profile will be formally invited to the next stage.

The applicant is invited to the Company’s headquarters for an interview with the representative of the hiring department and the HR. Remote interviews will be carried out as a videoconference.

Step 5 – Assessment Centre

Applicants for the administration/office, engineering/technical and executive positions may be asked to take an Assessment Centre competence tests.
